Made completely from Pure Maple Syrup…boiled and beat rapidly for quite a length of time until it turns to sugar. In “Grampa’s Day it was called – Indian Sugar – because the Indians stumbled onto it originally by cooking syrup for a very long time and “voila” they had “sweet treat”. Use in baking as you would brown sugar or sprinkle over warm toast, pancakes, biscuits, muffins, breads or desserts. It’s sweet maple flavor will make anything that you would use sugar on, or in, that much tastier. Available in 3 oz or 6 oz shakers and is also available special ordered by the pound.
