At Giovanni’s Gift Baskets, we take great pride in creating beautiful, high-quality gift baskets designed to delight. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gift basket arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement of the same or similar basket
  • A refund to your original payment method
  • A store credit for future use

To process your claim quickly, please email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product(s)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products (including food and drink items), we are unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong gift basket, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide return instructions for the incorrect one (if applicable).

Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided the basket has not yet been shipped. After this period, cancelations may not be possible due to our processing schedule.

Gift Recipient Issues

If a gift is refused by the recipient or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the sender, we cannot issue a refund. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
