Old Major pulled pork starts off as pork shoulder. We dry rub the boneless shoulder with our proprietary BBQ spice blend and we let the shoulders get nice for a few days. We then smoke the shoulders low and slow with hickory and cherry until they can be easily pulled with a fork. Our pulled pork is then packaged and vacuum sealed. Reheat pulled pork stove top, microwave, or oven. Serve hot with your favorite bbq sauce or try one of our favorites — Apple Butta BBQ or Honey Bar-Bee-Q!! Keep frozen until ready to eat.
